We dispatch every Tuesday by Parcelforce 24, a tracked next-day service. Order by 2pm on Monday and most UK mainland orders arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed after 2pm Monday go out the following Tuesday.

£6.95 to the UK mainland, £10 to Scotland (24–48 hours) and £12 to Northern Ireland (48 hours).

Not at the moment. Our bakes are fresh and travel best on short journeys, so we deliver within the UK only.

Our regular delivery day is Wednesday. If you need your order for a particular date — a birthday, for example — email simon@libbys.co and we'll try to accommodate you.

Parcelforce will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Your bakes are vacuum packed, so they'll keep at room temperature until you're home.

Everything arrives vacuum packed. Keep it sealed at room temperature for up to 48 hours, or freeze it for up to 3 months.

If frozen, thaw fully to room temperature first. Then bake on the middle shelf at 160°C fan / 180°C / gas mark 4 for about 6 minutes, and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Full instructions are on each product page.

Yes — everything. That is why we exist! Our bakery and our Notting Hill café are 100% gluten free.

Everything is prepared in our own dedicated gluten free kitchen.

Gluten free wheat starch is wheat starch that has been processed to remove the gluten, to below 20 parts per million — the legal limit for a product to be labelled gluten free in the UK. It gives gluten free bakes a much better texture, and Coeliac UK considers it suitable for most people with coeliac disease.

Because it comes from wheat, we still highlight it as an allergen in our ingredients. A small number of people with coeliac disease choose to avoid it — if you're unsure, check with your doctor or dietitian.

We don't use butter — our pastries are made with a dairy free margarine. They do contain egg, so they are not vegan. Our breads are vegan.

Every product page lists the full ingredients with allergens in bold, so please check there before ordering.

We use nuts in our kitchen, so we can't guarantee that any product is free from traces of nuts.

Choose £10, £20 or £50. The voucher is sent by email with a unique code, and can be spent over several orders until the balance runs out. Vouchers can be used on our online shop only, not in our Notting Hill café.

Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and add your message in the order notes in your basket — we'll include it in the parcel.
