Libby’s: A Family Story
Libby’s is a family-owned gluten-free bakery inspired by Simon’s health journey during Covid-19. Teaming up with professional MasterChef Keri Moss who has special expertises in pastries, they created delicious, gluten-free treats named after his daughter, Libby.
Our mission is simple: to craft wholesome, feel-good bakes that everyone can enjoy—without compromising on taste or quality.
