Libby’s is a family-owned gluten-free bakery inspired by Simon’s health journey during Covid-19. Teaming up with MasterChef: The Professionals Winner Keri Moss, an expert in pastries, they set out to create delicious, gluten-free treats named after Simon’s daughter, Libby.
Our mission is simple: to craft wholesome, feel-good bakes that everyone can enjoy—without compromising on taste or quality.
At Libby’s, we are guided by three core values:

Above all, our products had to be delicious—ensuring that no one feels like they're missing out, regardless of dietary needs.
Inclusive
We wanted people with dietary restrictions to enjoy the same treats as their friends and family, making everyone feel included.
Gluten-Free
Everything in Libby’s is gluten-free. You enter a totally gluten-free zone when you come into our shops or visit our kitchen.
