Indulge in the irresistible delight of our gluten free iced cinnamon bun. A golden, flaky pastry lovingly filled with a blend of cinnamon, rich brown sugar, velvety butter and coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar glaze.
INGREDIENTS
Italian Flour Blend (Gluten free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium husk, thickener: guar, flavouring.), Water, Eggs, Margarine (Rapeseed, Palm, Water, Salt, distilled monogylceride, annatto bixin, curcumin), Caster Sugar, Oat Milk Powder, Fresh yeast, Maldon Salt, Xantham Gum, Psyllium Husk, Soft Brown Sugar, Cinnamon

FINISH AT HOME BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Allow the pastries to reach room temperature.
Pre heat oven to 160C/350F degrees for a fan assisted oven 180C/350 degrees for an unassisted oven or mark 4 for a gas’s oven.
Place the room temperature pastries on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the middle of the oven.
Bake the pastries for approximately 6 minutes, they will be soft to touch and warm all the way through.
Remove the pastries from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes if you can resist temptation otherwise dive right in but remember they will be hot!
These are best eaten with your favourite hot beverage, enjoy!
