Our bake at home pain au chocolat are easy to prepare meaning you can enjoy them to freshly baked perfection.

INGREDIENTS

Italian Flour Blend (Gluten free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium husk, thickener: guar, flavouring.), Water, Eggs, Margarine (Rapeseed, Palm, Water, Salt, distilled mono and diglyceride, annatto bixin, curcumin, soya lecithin, citric acid, potassium sorbate, beta carotene), Caster Sugar, Fresh yeast, Maldon Salt, Xanthan Gum, Psyllium Husk 

Allergens: Wheat, Eggs, Soya

STORAGE, PREPERATION AND SERVING

Our pastries are delivered in an oxygen free packaging, sealed for extended shelf life – keeping them bakery-fresh for up to 5 days unopened.

Storage

·         Keep in original packaging and store in the fridge for up to 3 days

·         Or freeze immediately for up to 90 days

·         Once opened, we recommend consuming within 24 hours

Serving Instructions

·         From fridge: allow to come to room temperature for 30 minutes

·         From freezer: defrost at room temperature for 2 hours

Your pastries are now ready to enjoy – but for an extra-special experience…

Optional: Flash Bake for Bakery-Fresh Magic

·         Preheat oven to 160°C (fan) or 180°C (conventional)

·         Place pastries on a tray and bake for 6 minutes, until soft to the touch and warmed through

·         Let cool for 5 minutes (if you can wait!) – or dive right in, but be careful – they’ll be hot!
