Water, Libbys Bagel Flour Blend (Gluten Free Wheat Starch, Maize Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Rice Starch, Psyllium Husk, Guar Gum, Nutritional Yeast), Sourdough Starter (Water, Rice Flour, Gluten-Free Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Xantham Gum, Fresh Yeast), Fresh Yeast), Fresh Yeast, Xantham Gum, Psyllium Husk, Sugar
FINISH AT HOME BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pre heat oven to 160C/350F degrees for a fan assisted oven 180C/350 degrees for an unassisted oven or mark 4 for a gas’s oven.
There are two ways of cooking our bagels, you can either cut them in half and toast them (they will take a little longer to colour if you like a golden brown bagel as they’re gluten free) or you can bake them in the oven if you like a fluffy centred bagel.
Place the room temperature bagels on a baking sheet and place in the middle of the oven.
Bake the bagel for approximately 7 minutes.
Remove the bagels from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes.
Enjoy eating your bagels with your choice of fillings!
