Celebrate Easter with our annual gluten free Hot Cross Buns.
INGREDIENTS
Italian Flour Blend (Gluten free wheat starch, dextrose, maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice starch, psyllium husk, thickener: guar, flavouring.), Water, Eggs, Margarine (Rapeseed, Palm, Water, Salt, distilled monogylceride, annatto bixin, curcumin), Caster Sugar, Milk, Fresh yeast, Maldon Salt, Xantham Gum, Psyllium Husk, Soft Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Orange Peel, Raisins
Allergens: Egg, Dairy
FINISH AT HOME BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Allow the pastries to reach room temperature.
Pre heat oven to 160C/350F degrees for a fan assisted oven 180C/350 degrees for an unassisted oven or mark 4 for a gas’s oven.
Place the room temperature pastries on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in the middle of the oven.
Bake the pastries for approximately 6 minutes, they will be soft to touch and warm all the way through.
Remove the pastries from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes if you can resist temptation otherwise dive right in but remember they will be hot!
These are best eaten with your favourite hot beverage, enjoy!
